Who we are

EVOLVE Intelligence ("EVOLVE", "we", "us") operates evolveintelligence.io. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website and how we use it. For questions, contact privacy@evolveintelligence.io.

Data we collect

• Information you give us — when you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message.
• Usage data — pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type. Collected via Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Cookies — see the Cookies section below.

How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and inquiries.
• To understand site usage and improve the product and content.
• To meet legal and security obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Consent — analytics cookies (GA4). You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Manage cookies" below).
• Legitimate interest — replying to your inquiry, securing our site.
• Contract — delivering services you've requested.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic. GA4 sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. By default these are denied via Google's Consent Mode v2 — they only fire after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. We do not use advertising, targeting, or social tracking cookies.

Manage cookies: clear the ei-cookie-consent entry in your browser's site storage (DevTools → Application → Local Storage) and reload to see the banner again.

Data sharing & sub-processors

• Google (Analytics 4) — traffic measurement.
• Lovable / Supabase — hosting, database, transactional email.
• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN.

International transfers (e.g. to the US) rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Retention

GA4 data is retained for 14 months. Demo and contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email privacy@evolveintelligence.io. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
